Neutral Primer Undercoat (0109)
This high solids undercoat allows the finisher to tint the undercoat to approximate the colour of the pigmented topcoat by adding one litre of coloured topcoat per 3.78L of undercoat or tinting up to 8% (by weight) with UTC 866 Universal Tint Colorants. Reduce with 788 Lacquer Thinner.

This medium solids undercoat is intended for use on wood substrates and medium density and high density fibre board as a primer for Post Catalyzed Solid Colour Lacquer topcoats. Reduce with 788 Lacquer Thinner.
